Digital products (including PDFs, guides, printables, and downloads) are delivered electronically.

All digital sales are final.
 No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once a digital product has been delivered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have compatible software and devices to access digital files.

Physical Merchandise & Print-on-Demand Items

Refunds or replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

To request a replacement:

Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

Personalized or custom print-on-demand items are final sale. Please review personalization details carefully before ordering.

Books

Book sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or misprinted. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement assistance.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
 If you entered incorrect shipping information, contact us immediately. While changes cannot be guaranteed, we will attempt to assist when possible.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
