What is a concierge nurse?
A concierge nurse provides personalized care in your home — no crowded clinics, no rushed appointments. You get skilled, one-on-one nursing focused on prevention, comfort, and peace of mind.
Which concierge nursing services do you offer?
Services offered fall within my scope of practice as an RN. I provide in-home care for adults and seniors, including wellness checks, chronic care support, post-op recovery, medication management, and professional foot care. Each visit is personalized to your health goals.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Nurse Dawn, LLC operates as a private-pay service to keep care simple, direct, and fully centered around you — not insurance limitations. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds for reimbursement. Payments can be made with Cash, Credit or Debit cards, PayPal, CashApp or Zelle.
Who will be taking care of me?
Every visit is provided by me, Dawn Mathis, RN — the owner and founder of Nurse Dawn, LLC. I bring nearly 20 years of clinical experience and a calm, compassionate approach to every home I visit.
How often should seniors get foot care?
Most clients benefit from visits every 6–8 weeks, depending on circulation, mobility, and overall health. Regular maintenance prevents complications and keeps feet healthy, comfortable, and strong.
What if my parent can’t leave the house?
No problem — I come to you. Whether your loved one lives at home, in assisted living, or another care facility, I provide care right where they are.
