Hi, I'm Dawn. I'm glad you're here.
Choosing someone to come into your home is personal, and you deserve to know exactly who you're trusting with your care.
I'm a Florida Registered Nurse providing professional in-home nursing foot care throughout Washington, Holmes, Jackson, and surrounding Northwest Florida communities. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience -including hospital care, critical care, hospice, physician offices, school nursing, and case management - I bring clinical judgment, compassion, and a prevention-focused approach to every visit.
I started Nurse Dawn because I wanted to practice nursing differently: taking time to build relationships, provide personalized care, and help people stay comfortable, active, and independent in their own homes.
My goal is simple - to help people who struggle to safely care for their own feet receive professional care without feeling rushed, embarrassed, or overlooked. Every visit is individualized, and when you schedule with Nurse Dawn, you'll always know the Registered Nurse walking through your door is me.
When I'm not caring for clients, I'm a wife, mom, and author of the children's book series Nurse Dawn Doesn't Do Drama, which encourages kindness, empathy, and health literacy for young readers.
I believe good nursing starts with listening, education, compassion, and sometimes even a little humor.
