Care Coordination & Advocacy Visit – 60 minutes

Assessment, documentation, and dressing change provided under current MD orders using client-provided wound care supplies. Includes wound-care log entry and education on wound progression.
Additional time billed at $20 per 15 minutes for multiple wounds or complex cases.

All post-op recovery services must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. Clients are required to complete all intake forms and consent paperwork prior to the visit. This ensures your entire appointment time is spent on care -not paperwork - and allows me to prepare properly for your recovery needs.
