By accessing or using any services, content, or products provided by Nurse Dawn, LLC, including Nurse Dawn Concierge Services, Nurse Dawn Books, and The Nurse Dawn Store, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our websites, booking services, or purchasing products.
2. Services
Nurse Dawn, LLC provides private-pay nursing care, educational resources, and wellness products under the Florida Registered Nurse scope of practice. Services are provided for general wellness and personal care only and are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to schedule or purchase services. Parents or legal guardians must authorize care for minors.
4. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged in advance. Refund and cancellation policies are clearly outlined under the Pricing & Payment Policy and apply to all clients.
Nurse Dawn, LLC reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or noncompliance with policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nurse Dawn, LLC provides educational and supportive care within the legal scope of nursing practice. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from misuse of information, delayed care, or failure to seek appropriate medical treatment. Always consult a licensed provider for medical emergencies.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
All health information shared with Nurse Dawn, LLC is handled in compliance with HIPAA and Florida nursing standards. For details, review our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, images, books, and materials published by Nurse Dawn, LLC are protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this site. Continued use of Nurse Dawn, LLC services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
