Designed for assisted living communities, senior centers, and group settings that want consistent, preventative care handled efficiently.
Each client still receives individual, professional foot care within a structured visit.

All participants must complete required intake and consent forms prior to service.

All support is provided in alignment with your surgical provider’s instructions.
All post-operative services are provided in accordance with the client’s surgical discharge instructions and are limited to non-invasive observation, monitoring, education, comfort support, and care coordination.
No medical treatment, wound care, dressing changes, drain management, or invasive procedures are performed.
All supplies and prescribed equipment must be provided by the client.

• 24-hour notice is requested for cancellations
• Late cancellations (12 hours or less) or no-shows may be subject to a fee
Most visits fall within my standard service area.
If your location is outside that range, I’ll let you know ahead of time if a travel fee applies - so there are no surprises.
Whenever possible, visits in the same area are grouped on the same day to help reduce or eliminate additional travel costs.
