This program allows community members to nominate someone who could truly benefit from a gifted visit.
Community contributions help cover supplies, travel and the basic costs needed to safely provide the visit.

Sometimes the smallest nursing visit can prevent discomfort, restore confidence, and help someone stay safer at home.

💫Each request is reviewed thoughtfully and respectfully.
💫If selected, Nurse Dawn coordinates the visit directly.
💫Visits are scheduled as availability and sponsorship funds allow.
Submitting a nomination does not guarantee a visit, but every request will be considered with care.
