Membership Policy: Memberships can be canceled or paused anytime with at least 14 days’ notice through your confirmation email link or by contacting Nurse Dawn directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Add-on services or special visits outside of your selected membership plan are billed separately and are not included in the monthly subscription cost. Travel fees may apply outside the standard service radius.
