Available by referral. Services may include wound monitoring, injection administration, and other ordered nursing care. Physician orders required. Supplies provided by client or referring agency.

Initial Wound Care Visit- starting at $150
Follow-Up Wound Visit- starting at $125
Post-Surgical Monitoring- starting at $135
Valid physician order required. Services are private-pay unless contracted through an agency.
For agency contracts: Contracted per-visit rates determined by written agreement with referring agency.
All wound care supplies must be provided by the client or referring agency due to the individualized nature of physician orders.
Scheduling is limited to maintain safe visit volume and continuity of care.
Injection Administration (Medication Provided by Client) Per Visit: starting at $85
Valid physician order required. Services are private-pay unless contracted through an agency.
Supplies must be provided by the client or referring agency.
First doses of injectable medications must be administered in a medical setting unless otherwise approved.
⚠ Scheduling Note:
All post-op recovery support services must be scheduled in advance. Clients must complete all intake and consent forms before the visit to ensure your entire appointment time is spent on care—not paperwork.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Nurse Dawn Concierge Services operates independently and does not provide care that requires a physician order, prescription or medical treatment plan. Services are limited to non-invasive nursing assessment, monitoring, education, and support. All services are provided within the scope of registered nursing practice in the state of Florida and do not replace medical care from a licensed provider. When concerns arise outside the scope of services provided, clients are referred to the appropriate medical provider.
This practice does not replace home health services, hospice care, physician care, or emergency medical treatment.
