💳 Payment Policy
Nurse Dawn, LLC provides private-pay concierge nursing services. All pricing is transparent and listed publicly on the Nurse Dawn website and Square booking page.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Accepted payment methods include Square, credit/debit card, or prepaid package credits.
Cash payments may be accepted at Nurse Dawn’s discretion with a digital receipt provided for recordkeeping.
Checks are not accepted for new clients.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a $35 fee due before your next visit.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.
Travel & Additional Fees
Travel up to 35 miles from 32428 is included in the base price.
Beyond 35 miles, a $0.50 per mile (one-way) fee applies.
Add-on services or extended time (over booked duration) will be billed separately at the current rate.
Refunds
All sales and services are final once rendered.
Prepaid package visits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a family member or caregiver within 12 months of purchase.
Prepaid Packages
Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Visits may be scheduled at the client’s convenience within the 12-month period.
Services not included in the package (e.g., add-ons or travel beyond base area) will be billed separately.
Insurance
Nurse Dawn, LLC operates as a private-pay provider and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. You may request a receipt for personal reimbursement or HSA/FSA submission.
